What is the check in time

Check in time is at 4pm but you could call the hotel to see if they are starting to check in people earlier. The earliest I got to check in was 2pm before

Can you drink alcohol in the casino area itself

You can drink, in the casino, by the casino, next to the casino.... just not far away from the casino. Unless you are a resident nearby 😉

Do you have rv/5th wheel hook ups

Even better will be in the spring when they open their brand new RV resort!! So excited! It's walking h distance to the casino but they might even have golf cart shuttles available I heard!!

Does the Hotel / casino offer mobility cart rentals?

I'm sorry they dont.

Do you have parking for big trucks--an 18 wheeler?

Yes semis and full size dieselbpushers

Yes the parking garage is done. But I park bythe theater outside

Can I take your kids to swim in the pool at the hotel

Yes and they have added a kid zone.

How do I find out what my cash value is and whether I have rewards coming for May? Thanks.

I heard NQ also has a mobile app for rewards and such.
